How the work runs

The same for a 120 000 business card and a 60 000 000 system. Only the third step changes length.

    Conversation

    You write or call, we ask questions about the job. If a catalog service fits as it stands, we move straight to the contract. If it does not, we say what should change.

    Contract and deposit

    Scope, deadline and price are fixed in writing. We work under contract with companies and with individuals, and issue an invoice. Fifty percent deposit, the rest on handover.

    Work with reviews

    We show intermediate results at points agreed in advance rather than at the end. That keeps revisions cheap: changing direction at the second review costs far less than redoing finished work.

    Handover

    All source files, assets and access details are handed over. Rights transfer to you in full. From there you can add the care plan and we keep maintaining it.

Questions people ask first

01Why publish prices when everyone else quotes individually?

Because in most cases the price can be stated. We wrote down exactly what each service includes, and while that does not change, neither does the price. Individual quoting stays where it is genuinely needed, in enterprise systems.

02Do you work under contract with companies?

We work under contract with both companies and individuals and issue an invoice for every order. RMS is a registered sole proprietorship in Türkiye, activity code 621000 (computer programming), so engagements are formal and documented.

03What if I do not like the result?

Every service includes revision rounds and the description states how many. If the direction still does not work after those rounds, we refund the deposit for work not delivered. The terms are set out in the public offer.

04Who owns the source files and the rights?

You do, entirely, once final payment clears. That covers vector files, Figma documents and source code. We keep no rights that restrict how you use the result.

05Can you take over a project someone else built?

Yes, provided we get access to the sources. We run a short audit first and tell you which is cheaper, extending what exists or rebuilding. Sometimes the honest answer is the second one.

06How many people will work on my project?

We are a small studio, deliberately. You get one person who owns the conversation about your project, not an account manager relaying a team.
