Refund policy

1. Cancellation before work starts

If the Client cancels before work actually begins, the deposit is refunded in full within ten working days of receiving the written cancellation.

2. Cancellation during the work

On cancellation after work has begun, the deposit is refunded less the value of work actually completed. That value is determined by the stages recorded in the service description and in correspondence between the parties.

Work completed to that point is handed over to the Client in whatever state it is in at the moment of cancellation.

3. Work that does not match the brief

Every service includes revision rounds, and the service description states how many. Revisions within the agreed scope carry no extra charge.

If after all included revision rounds the result still does not match the agreed brief, the Client may cancel and receive a refund of the deposit for work not delivered.

A change to the brief by the Client during the work is not grounds for a refund and is handled as a separate scope agreement.

4. How to claim

Send a refund request to uzrmscom@gmail.com quoting the order number and the reason. We respond within ten working days.

Refunds are made by the same method as the original payment, to the payer's details.

5. Non-refundable cases

No refund is made for services the Client has accepted, or that are treated as accepted under "Payment and delivery", nor for monthly maintenance actually supplied in a billing period that has already elapsed.
