1. Data controller

2. What is collected

Through site forms: name, phone or email address, the text of your enquiry, and for custom priced orders the amount and description of the job.

Automatically: web server technical data including IP address, browser type and requested URLs. This is used to keep the site running and secure.

The site uses no third party advertising or analytics cookies. Technical cookies are used only for the cart and checkout.

3. Purposes

Answering your enquiry, preparing and performing a contract, issuing invoices and closing documents, and keeping the site available and protected.

Data is not used for marketing mailings, is not passed to third parties for advertising, and is not sold.

4. Legal basis

Processing is based on the consent of the data subject, expressed by submitting a form, and on the necessity of performing a contract to which the subject is a party.

5. Where data is stored

Enquiry data is stored on our hosting provider's servers in Europe; KVKK rules on cross-border transfer are observed for that transfer.

Web server technical logs contain no identifying data other than IP address and are kept for no more than thirty days.

6. Retention

Enquiries that do not lead to a contract are kept for no more than twelve months. Data relating to performed contracts is kept for the periods required by accounting and tax legislation.

7. Your rights

Under article 11 of the KVKK you may learn whether your data is processed, request its correction or deletion, and object to processing.
